How we impact upon the lives of farmers at scale:

Each self-employed Village-based Advisor (VBA) has a target of advising between 200 and 500 smallholder farming households. A Network Coordinator supervises 15-20 VBAs. A Multinetwork Coordinator supervises up to 6 Network Coordinators. A team of 7 field workers can, therefore, reach up to 60,000 smallholder farming households over a period of 3 years (see figure below).
